Shipping Policy

  1. Coverage

1.1 Our shipping service is available only in Mexico. We do not ship internationally for any reason.

  1. Pricing Policies

3.1 All purchase orders placed through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies outside POLÁ POLÁ.

3.2 The delivery of the product will be made at the address indicated by the user in the account portal or at a different address provided by the user, which must be made at the time of confirming the order.

3.3 In the event that no one is found to receive the package at the address provided in the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days, if not claimed, it will be returned to the POLÁ POLÁ warehouse and the customer must pay the cost of the return.

3.4 Product deliveries will be made only on business days and could be delayed in some cases up to 10 business days.

3.5 Upon receipt of the product at the indicated address, the user is obliged to check the product. In case of any defect, the user must notify it within 5 working days to the email hola@polapola.mx or to the contact telephone numbers provided on the web platform or Terms and Conditions.

  1. Deliveries and parcels

1.1 Our shipping service is only available in Mexico. For any reason we do not ship internationally.

  1. Delivery times (5 to 10 business days)

4.1 The delivery time will be from 5 to 10 business days, counted from the time the full amount of the purchase has been received.

4.2 In the event that the courier does not arrive at the requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest courier branch.

4.3 Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the following day.

4.4 In case of any non-conformity, it must be expressed at that moment and the POLÁ POLÁ customer service department must be contacted to clarify such circumstance.

4.5 All products will be packed at no extra cost.

  1. Purchase order processing

5.1 Within 48 hours after your online purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the product. This policy does not apply to long weekends, holidays, good holidays and other non-working days.
