- Any clarification will be received only within 3 working days of receipt of the product via email to: hi@polapola.mx
- Once the condition of the product and the purchase conditions are validated, we will proceed to exchange the product. If we still have stock in the color you require, the exchange will be made for the same product. 3. If we do not have stock of the color you need, we can make an exchange of color or for another product of our range, as long as it has the same value of the product originally purchased or paying the difference. If the product is of a lower price than the one originally purchased, you will have to complete the amount with another product, since it is not possible to return the difference in cash.
- There are no exchanges or refunds on products purchased on promotion or discount, night sales, special sales or purchases made during the good end.
- No cash refunds are given. The refunds approved by POLÁ POLÁ, will be by way of electronic credit for use only in online store and apply only if the product or products received are found to be defective and with no trace of having been used or destroyed on purpose.
- We are in no way responsible for returned products lost in transit.
